Hi, we're Derek and Jane.

We are a husband and wife team with over 30 years of combined experience in residential construction and property management. Originally from Michigan, we moved to beautiful Palm Coast to care for aging parents and decided to put our expertise to work for second homeowners in the area. Our deep knowledge of home maintenance, paired with our commitment to service, allows us to provide detailed and proactive home watch services. At PCFL Homes, we treat every property as if it were our own, giving you the confidence and peace of mind that your home is in expert hands while you're away.

A few fun facts about Derek:

• He got his builder license in Michigan when he 21 years old (he refuses to say exactly how long ago that was :).

• He loves sailing, hiking, and learning new things.

A few fun facts about Jane:

• She LOVES the beach, hiking, and puppies.

• She is an excellent organizer and has never failed to help Derek find an item that he has misplaced.

• She has managed properties in Michigan, California, Arizona, and Florida.

• She and Derek have made pizza together every week for at least the last 15 years.
