I was just out at the Regency Towers condo photographing a unit out there for an agent and noticed that they have finally replaced the old fountain display in front of the building with something newer and a little more modern. So I had to get a new photo that shows the front of the building. This photo will be located in the amenity photos gallery for purchase by anyone wanting photos of the complex to use in their marketing. The exterior photos are always included with unit photos taken for rental or selling purposes.

As you can no doubt tell, this rental property is a little rough around the edges. It had a lot of dark wood in the kitchen, dark floors, and somewhat neutral but dark colors in the other rooms. Lighting was on the dark side as well. Using the proper photo techniques and very little flash to avoid that “flashed” look, it’s possible to showcase these homes with good photographic techniques. It’s a challenge to strike a balance between making the property look “too good” versus making it look so bad nobody would even want to show up to see it in person.
For some reason, the schedule page didn’t come over from the old site. I just realized that and just added it back to the menu for you to use when determining when you might want to schedule your photo session. I apologize and thanks for your patience!
Now I have to get ready to shoot two houses this afternoon.
Now that the weekend is over, it looks like everything is back to normal. I have access to all my web sites and I’ve been re-building one of them from scratch which is my aerial photography web site. Haven’t had much call for aerial work lately and besides that, my plane is still broke. I’ve also been looking into getting a drone and offering aerial views from a drone perspective but along with the real plane maintenance work, spending additional dollars on an expensive drone is not something I’m exploring right now.
Thanks for your patience during this transition period. If anybody sees anything that is still not working right or that you have a question about, don’t hesitate to give me a shout!
I just realized something. I’ve been moving all of my web sites to a new hosting server and I just realize that I’ve lost most of my posts/updates since 2015! I followed all of the steps, one by one, to save the site database and all of the contents but nothing later than around November 2015 was transferred. That is disappointing.
Also I realize that it’s taking a lot longer than I had expected for this site to come live again. We started a little before 2pm today and it’s now 11pm at night – 9 hours later and the site is still not up. I had not planned on spending all day and evening in front of the computer (again). Apologies to those of you who have tried to check my schedule. Thanks for your patience.
